How did you get to copy the messages? I only get answer or delete as options.

I then plugged in the Nokia phone and select Ovi Suite on it. The software detected all the messages on the device.
I opened the message applet on the Nokia PC Suite and went to my inbox, selected all the messages and right clicked on them and chose copy.
I created an empty folder on my desktop and so I pasted them into that folder. They will appear with a .VMG extension.
On the Android phone, I went to the Playstore and looked for VMG Converter and installed it. I also copied the desktop folder I created which had all my inboxes onto the phone storage.
I launched the app on the phone and auto let it auto search that folder with the inboxes.
I selected the messages and clicked import.
NB: The app will ask to be the default app but don’t worry. After importing the messages it will again prompt you to revert to the messaging app that you normally use.
