Step 2: Click on the File tab (For MS Office 2010 or upper version). Click on the “Office” button (For MS Office 2007)

Step 3: Click on the Options > click on the Proofing option in word option dialogue box.(For MS Office 2010 or upper version).

Step 5: Turn-on both options “Hide spelling errors in this document only” and “Hide grammar errors in this document only” > click on the OK button. Now, all spelling and grammatical errors are not shown in the document.
