By default Flash Fill or Autofill command already turn on in the Microsoft Excel. Sometime Flash Fill command doesn’t start automatically during the typing the data which match the already filled pattern, then you have to use manually process. Step 1: Type the following given pattern as per given worksheet or you can also draw another required sheet.

Step 2: Type the first cell content in another cell. Select the range from cell B2 to B7 and click on the Home tab > Fill > Flash Fill. You can also press ALT+HFIF shortcut key to quickly fill the matched result in rest of the selected cells. If Flash Fill doesn’t working properly then you have to use manually process by pressing Ctrl+E Shortcut key to get the result.

Note: If Flash Fill doesn’t activated on your Computer or Laptop then you have to take given path to turn on Flash Fill feature on Microsoft Excel.
