India’s biggest mobile networking company Jio launched bumper offer for it’s users. Reliance jio is offering the most affordable prepaid plan in the country. The telecom operator is at the forefront of the prepaid segment compared to Airtel and Vodafone-Idea. Up to 20 percent discount is available on Reliance Jio’s 28 days and 56 days plans. This is the reason why the telco has managed to attract over 400 million users in just five years. Entry level plan customers can lose Vi-Airtel
Meanwhile, the CLSA report states that Airtel and Vodafone-Idea are likely to lose customers with the Rs 49 plan. Those who can shift to Jio’s Rs 75 plan in future, which is less than its rivals Rs 79 plan.
Jio Rs 75 Gives so much in the plan
It is worth noting that the Rs 75 plan of JioPhone offers 3GB data for 28 days. This includes unlimited calling, 50 messages and access to Jio apps for the same period. Apart from this, the Rs 79 plan of Airtel and Vodafone-Idea is much more expensive than the pack of Reliance Jio.
On the other hand, the report states that Vodafone-Idea’s decision to drop the Rs 49 plan comes at the right time as customers have to pay extra for the entry-level pack. The firm highlighted that Vodafone-Idea’s revenue and EBITDA could grow 10 per cent from the current 5 per cent.

Let us tell you, Vodafone-Idea offers talk time of Rs 38 for Rs 49, along with only 14 days validity and 100MB data is available in it. Vodafone-Idea, on the other hand, offers 200 MB data with the Rs 79 plan and Rs 64 talk time with a validity of 28 days. However, it should be noted that the plan is still active in some parts of the country like Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh; However, reports claim that soon Vi will be removing this pack from all circles.

Notably, telecom operators have already removed messages from their entry-level plans. Reliance Jio was the first telecom operator to remove messages from its pack and soon the other two operators followed suit.
