Step 1. First of all, go to the internal SD card on your phone >>> Now create a folder and give this folder name media >>> And open this folder >>> then again create a folder and give this folder name audio (media/audio/).
Step 2 . Now open audio folder and create three folders and give these folder names “Alarms”, “notifications”, “ringtones” >>> Now you can add ringtones in these folder according to category. that’s all.

this is a simple guide make a audio folder in the phone storage then make subfolder like Ringtones, Alarm, Message and Notification. Now copy your desireable tone in the related folder, then choose by your phone audio profile.

Hi Abhishek, it is added in the menu, but when trying to set as alarm tone, it is not accepting, instead going back to the default alarm tone.
Instead of this install ESfile explorer.
When you try to change ringtone it will prompt you to choose action with which that should open then select ESfile explorer
You are done now.

Yes jasvinder it is work for Ringtone but if i want to set as alarm sound then your trick is not work, So try these method enjoy custom sound in your phone.
