How to update Official HTC 10 Nougat Rom:
Step 1: Download and install HTC 10 ADB driver on your PC and enable Developer option and USB debugging mode on your HTC 10 by this guide . Download and copy RUU_PERFUME_UHL_N70_SENSE80GP_MR_HTC_Europe_2.41.4 01.3.exe file in the Fast-boot tool folder. Then press and hold shift key in the keyboard and right click in the extracted Fast boot tool folder and select “Open command window here”. See in this image.
Step 2: Now connect HTC 10 with PC via USB cable and type adb reboot download to boot your phone in the Download mode. if this CMD command is not work for reboot Download mode, then switch off your HTC 10 and press volume down and power button. You will get a vibration and your device will boot in download mode, Then you can use the volume down and power button to navigate and select.
Step 3: Now your HTC 10 in the Download mode, So you type fastboot oem rebootRUUin the command window then press enter key.
Step 4: If your phone reboot, then type fastboot flash zip File_name.zip command in the command window and press enter key to flash RUU zip file on HTC 10.
Step 5: In this process your HTC 10 automatically reboot and It will take 5-10 minutes for first boot. Once installation completes, you can reboot your phone.
Tips for HTC 10 Nougat Update:
After install HTC 10 Nougat Rom, you can root your phone. Because root allows you to use a maximum of your phone without any restrictions.
