1: Now, Download update_full_xxxx.zip file and extract it. Now Delete Old UPDATE.APP file and replace the UPDATE.APP file from above in that folder..
2: Connect your phone to PC and copy the dload folder into your Phone Internal Storage. Do not copy dload folder into any folder or SD card!!

Hi Naresh, thanks to your procedure and clear identification of the software to be used for, I was able to recover from a soft brick of my Honor 6X. Actually, I got stuck with the NRD90M Test-keys version which is a half way upgrade to Nougat 7.0
Installing “Huawei Honor 6X B360 Nougat update_data_full_BLN-L21_hw_eu.zip” was beneficial to recover UPDATE funcionality and a trusted version of firmaware for my HONOR 6X. Now, it can be update by standard procedure and the smartphone does not result as rooted anymore. The Huawei Service solution to my problem was just to replace the mother board, which is a total nonsense for the price this Honor 6X has now on the market. The update must be applied following the SD card procedure, with dload folder containg the UPDATE.app, and related folders as in the zip, into the SD root and Insert the Micro SD card into the handset and power on. After, entering call -> enter:*#*#2846579#*#* -> ProjectMenu -> Software Upgrade -> SDCard Upgrade->OK
Or insert the SD card and use the three bottons mode at power on. Then, you get a true rebranded Honor, and recover from the NRD90M syndrome.

My bln-l24 USA is rooted with twrp custom recovery 6.0.1. will this upgrade work with a already rooted phone with custom recovery?
I have bln Al 40c00b130 rom, with eumi5. Will this change this to uk.

This just give an error claiming that no sd card has been found, I believe you need to put the update on the sd card, not the internal memory.
