Review of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean a great OS

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean comes with new features and apps. Google Improved Camera, Restricted Profiles, Gesture keyboard and notifications.

Google come up with its new Android version with the continuity name Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. As Jelly Bean’s previous versions so great, so same expected from this new version 4.3. This version is available for Nexus phone and Tablets only. Although this version has its restricted limit access to app and content. In this version google updated its performance improvements and new Restricted Profiles feature.

Advancement in Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

 Improved Camera app

In this version Google updated its camera app so that accessing setting become more quick and easy. Now users can easily swipe through advance settings. If you want to edit exposure level, for this you can directly swipe through the Exposure icon to adjust it. In beginning using this advancement you may feel fiddly but soon you get used of it and feel smoother in accessing camera app.

Restricted Profiles

Google made changes in user profiles. In this user can set up profiles and it has limitation of accessing apps and content. User should reach to Users tab in Settings where he can choose to add a User profile and then A Restricted profile to set up restricted profiles. When user reach there he will find a list of all apps which he downloaded with a toggle to turn on or off. When your tablet turn on and access the restricted profile, you will see all apps there which you have enabled.

Smarter notifications

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean come up with more improved notification feature. In this version notifications are updated from Jelly Bean 4.1. You can deal with appointments or a missed call in many ways in this new version. If you made an appointment in the Calendar, the reminder will pop up in the notification at the time and you can see the option of location to run in maps or simply you may get Snooze for reminding event.

Gesture keyboard and Dial pad autocomplete

Google has already introduced gesture keyboard in 4.2 Jelly Bean version of Android. Now Google added Dial pad autocomplete with it, it will save your few seconds when you type messages or dial numbers. The working pattern of gesture keyboard is same like Swype keyboard. The keyboard itself will predict the words when you started typing. Through dialpad autocomplete you can dial number in very short time. If you don’t want to go to contact list for numbers, and start typing numbers dial pad autocomplete itself start to match numbers with contact list.

Bluetooth Smart Technology

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean supports Bluetooth Smart technology. By this advancement now Android will allow you to connect with newer generation of power-efficient accessories that is used in Bluetooth Smart. This smart connection will use less battery of your Android device. Along with this now Android support Bluetooth AVRCP 1.3, by this you can transmit metadata through your device.

Open GL ES 3.0

In Android 4.3 Jelly Bean there is good news for gamers. It started Open GL ES 3.0 which will enable the Android more efficient and better at displaying graphics. It has impressive textures, reflections and lens flares which is more improve than OS has.
