    My micromax canvas 2 is updating firmware automatically. But it is not getting downloaded. My data connection is on. Facing this issue for last three days. Due to this, i have to recharge the battery often. Kindly help to resolve this..I rebooted twice..

  3. Sir ji i have update 4.1.1 but many times my phone suddenly switch off (battery show 40 or 50%)and when i switch on its show low battery. So pls tell me what i do? Flash ics again or something else?

I did this fir my Myphone A919 Duo phone, it did open at first time but after a few moments, i cannot remeber how it became unresponsive and i tried to power it off with battery, after restaring i cannot see any response with any of touch screen , even on the recovery menu, i can only use a volume up and down button and the power button, the rest of the screen seems no functions. i caanot open my phone or restore to its original rom since i cannot even enter my choice on recovery menu. i dont know what happend, i repeated the process here, but still the problem is the same.

    as i've roorted my device mmx a110 . i had installed "canvas4 v1.1.zip" through cwm recovery mode but now i wanted to install "suvi rom v3" in my device but as i was trying to install it, it says the "installation aborded" & now my phone is not starting so pls tell me wat can i do?
    my phone is not started

  12. hi abhishek , while updating a110 to jelly bean i got some error in sp tools and now my phone is dead . it is not switching on please help. i dont even have any back up. is there any way to bring a110 back to life? i will really appreciate your help.thanks in advance.

      i will give you same suggestion

      1. charge your battery
      2. install Vcom driver in your PC if you feel any problem then watch this video click here

      after that
      run sptool.exe as administrator
      then click scatter loading option in sptool
      browse and choose scatter file from your Rom folder
      click on download option in sptool
      then connect your switch off phone
      wait some time

      i thing process of flashing should start

  16. As I have rooted my device I have installed "Aa" font or "Font" installer by using this some symbols are invisible or I'm unable to see some symbols when I type it like *#+-=^° etc…
    so pls tell me what to do……????

    I was trying to root my device micromax A110 jellybean 4.1. i had gone through all the steps as per your videos and posts but at last step when we have to select recovery mode and after selecting recovry mode the next step is to INSTALL at that point i dont be able to install it.
    It stucks pls suggest me what to do??????

    my device is micromax A110 jellybean 4.1.1 while rooting i'm faicng problem of "Smart Phone Flash Tool ————————— Common Hint: For SP Flash Tool issues: Please supply your tool version, GUI screen shot, and tool logs when you encounter trouble with the latest tool. How to obtain the tool logs? 1. Run the tool; 2. Press Ctrl+Alt+t(Tool Title Hint: Runtime Trace Mode); 3. [Menu]Help-[SubMenu]Open logs folder. BROM ERROR (8100)

    1. Cynus t2 is Mobistel Mobile Rom it is German phone

      It is Best Rom for Micromax A110

      bugles, stable, lots of inbuilt feature like thinkfree document viewer etc.

  26. hello avishek…i had roooted my micromax a110 and had flashed with SUVI v13 rom in my micromax a110 but yesterday I flashed with Microfire v3.2 rom…but i didnt like dat dat rom…so again I flashed my micromax a110with suvi v13 rom but….after dat my gprs ir not working…i have idea sim…and all the gprs settings internet settings are saved given by idea sim but still my gprs is not working plz help me abhishek…i cannot have my phone with no working gprs…i always use internet in my phone but frm yesterday i am nt able to use it…plz help my problem ….is dere anyway to fix gprs problem in my phone ????

  29. please help me out wat i want to do i am cornered because i dont know proper abt it. simply copied to my sd as per ur instruction i used the key combination. then selected the file in zip format now updated with cynus t2. but network issue only supports 3g. then i saw some conversation above and tried to replace the modem.img using root extracter but no use saying mobile not rooted, but i rooted my mobile using bin4ry rooter, but no use Bro, plz help me, i dont know wat to do my mobile. o bars in network notification most of the time.

  31. hey buddy i find this stuffs lil annoying…im having canvas 2 …can i root it with motochopper …i have tried it but during reboot it does not find device…i think i have adb driver prob…do u have any adb drivers for canvas 2….

I have now istalled custom Rom SUVI V13 Rhea in my Micromax a110….n its running smoothly n flawlessly….Thankyou Abhishek…u r just a genius man. Fantastic ideas u got. thanx once again.   33. hi Abishek…….. i think now i have sucessfully rooted my Micromax A110……and Superuser is also installed in my phone……and I have checked by application Root Checker Pro also…it also show dat ur phone has root access….dat means my phone has successfully rooted…..but after showing green signal n installing from zip…..my phone's data were not lost however….all the data were as it was before rooting….sp Abishek plz tell me weather after rooting phone all the data are lost or not??? n is dere any other way to check out weather the phone has been sucessfully rooted or not?????….n one more thing Abishek…..after rooting my phones music player is not working….it gets hanged n resumes again after sometime…..is dere anyway to sort it out Abishek???? plz help me play my music player in my micromax a110….I cannot live without my music player Abishek….plz bring some awesome process n methods frm ur genius mind…thanks…

    1. your phone now rooted if you want to check then open su app

      after root take backup of your phone

      music player problem then go to recovery mode then wipe cache and delvik cache

    1. download custom recovery

      replace with stock recovery

      load scatter file

      tick only recovery

      then click download

      after that connect your switch off phone

      that all

Dear Abhishek – My Micromax A110 Touch is not Working … Monday touch gone except touch All is Working Call & SMS Incoming on receiving by HeadPhone or PC Connection, Tuesday touch automatically started working smoothly but saw it was going stuck some times. So, I Update Factory Setting & also format my SD Card, and it was working, Wednesday worked proper including 1-2 times stuck. But Wednesday Night 9 pm it is not working I tried all level but helpless…..

    Cell never fall down or water prob.

    Please send me Solution …. ASAP.

  56. Is this V3 (SP usable) genuine ? FTP passwd was changed by MMX and no one has new one, you sure its NOT any kind of infect/3rd part ROM ? (I wish OEMs atleast release checksums for ROM upgrades even if they are not going to release ROMs)

    1. "download" and "firmware -> upgrade" options both are update Rom but
      "download" = format your phone and install
      "firmware -> upgrade" = only system folder format and install

Hi there, i have canvas 2, it came with with android 4.0 and it was easily rooted.. but due to non responsive autorotation feature i sent my phone to service centre, they change its motherboard and updated to android 4.1.1, but now i cannot root my phone with any of the rooting method i used sp flash tool, installed all drivers in windows 7, but not working..
      i downloaded recovery.img and tried to flash via sp tool v3.1220.01 as mentioned in procedure, but not working..

      it stucks on red bar and popup comes as :
